ZZF series  impurities separator machine

Application and feature:

The ZZF series impurity separator machine is mainly used in the separation of heavy and light impurity in waste paper and make the secondary pulp from pulper.separation etc.This machine has the united function of pulping and the separation of heavy impurity as a whole, with compact structure, high efficiency, which can simplify the process of dealing with wasted paper greatly, and make the equipment continuous operation, reducing the energy consumption.

Pulp pass into the tank from the front inlet , and make the second pulp under the action of high-speed rotating impeller.The beating of the pulp get into the next process  through the sieve plate behind the impeller, after pulp mouth and slurry pump.Part of pulp containing the light impurity pulp past the tub tangent direction of the light impurity outlet pipe into the cylinder screen, making paste and light impurity separation, then heavy impurities discharging the valve.The heavy deposited impurities also discharge at the bottom of the tub regularly.

This series of equipment can use PLC to control in the process of production with large hydrapulper and cylinder screen, which enables it to continuously automatic operation.
